Miss Tianna May- Melton: owner, instructor
Miss Tianna has been dancing for 30 years and teaching for 18. She received training from various dance studios and danced competitively both on the regional and national levels. She was also a member of the Greater Lansing Ballet Company where she studied under Barbara Banakikowski Smith and also received training with Ballet Magnificat. Tianna graduated from Calvin College in 2005 with a degree in psychology and dance. She has a heart for those with special needs and has created dance programs for many local studios and churches. She is excited to introduce Darbys Dancers to the community this year, which is a national nonprofit organization that offers free dance lessons to students with disabilities.
Miss Hope Sholtis: jazz/contemporary/ballet instructor
Miss Hope has been dancing for 20 years and has been trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, tap and folk. She has been teaching in various styles of dance for 9 years. Miss Hope trained with Lori Ladwig at the Jackson Ballet Company for many years and then later at the Greater Lansing Ballet Company with Barbara Banakikowski Smith. Hope graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in psychology and a health promotion specialization. While there she also studied Laban and Modern dance. Miss Hope is our Outreach Team Director.
Miss Courtney Gray: tap/hip hop/lyrical/jazz instructor
Miss Courtney has been dancing for 20 years and is educated in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, and pom. She has trained at numerous dance studios in the Grand Rapids area competing both regionally and nationally. Miss Courtney has coached many local high school dance teams and was a member of Davenport University's Dance Team for 5 years. Miss Courtney strives to share her passion with young dancers in a fun and positive learning environment. Miss Courtney is our Marketing Director.
Miss Sarah Nichols: preschool/ballet instructor
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Miss Sarah has been dancing for more than 18 years and is proficient in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Contemporary dance. She received her training at Boni’s Dance and Performing Arts, Payne Academy of Performing Arts, and The Woodlands Civic Ballet in Houston, dancing with several different companies and competition teams throughout the years. Miss Sarah is currently pursuing a double major in English and French and a minor in Dance at Calvin College and has a passion for sharing her love of dance with children. She is very excited to bring that passion and joy to the Integrity family.
Miss Taylor LaCombe: Preschool instructor
Miss Taylor has been dancing for 14 years and is trained in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, pointe, and hip hop. She has received her training at Integrity Dance Arts where she has participated in many programs including the Outreach Team Captain, Demonstrator, and Joy in Motion. Miss Taylor is currently studying at Calvin University majoring in Business and minoring in Dance. She is very excited to continue being part of the Integrity family and to inspire and teach the next generation of dancers!
Miss Brooklyn Sullivan: Preschool instructor
Miss Brooklyn has been dancing for 19 years and teaching for 10. She has been trained in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, pom, and ballroom. She has danced and taught competitively on both regional and national levels. Miss Brooklyn trained and taught at Academy De La Danse, Lake Superior State University, and Arthur Murray, As well as taught for Kings Table Ministries. She is very excited to share her love and passion for dance with The Integrity family.
